• The filter element of the high-temperature and high-precision dust collection system is a metal porous membrane material, which is in the form of a sheet with a thickness of 0.4~0.8mm, soft and curly.
• It has the characteristics of good comprehensive mechanical performance, high porosity, high separation efficiency, large flux, low filtration resistance, etc.
• It is applicable to gas dedusting with wide temperature range and high precision requirements, widely used in valuable dust recovery, medium and high temperature gas-solid separation, and is an upgraded product of bag dedusting and electrostatic precipitation technology.
• It solves many problems such as low filtration precision, bag burning, insufficient processing capacity per unit area, and large equipment area.
• Common flexible membrane series can ensure that the system can stably handle high temperature flue gas of 180-500 ℃ for a long time, and ensure the emission index of 5~10mg/Nm3.

① Cross flow filter
Introduction to cross flow filtration system
The tubular filter element is used as the filter medium to control the thickness of the filter cake layer and improve the performance of the filter element for long-term stable operation by balancing the scouring effect of liquid on the filter cake layer and the speed of filter cake generation.The material flows through the filter element opened at both ends, the filtrate will flow out of the filtration system through the porous filter element, and the solid particles will remain in the circulating liquid.

(1) Suitable for filtering materials with high solid content and viscosity;
(2) High filtration precision, capable of filtering extremely fine solid particles;
(3) Complete physical separation without changing any characteristics of the product;
